As we expand nationally through franchising, we’re seeking a motivated and strategic Franchise Development Manager to help lead that growth. Job Description
This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with experience in franchise sales or brokerage growth. As Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new franchisees across the U.S., managing the full sales cycle, and guiding candidates through the discovery process. When a candidate is not ready for franchise ownership, you may also present the opportunity to join Prospect Equities as an agent.
This is an independent contractor position with a negotiable payment structure and a performance-based bonus plan based on closed franchise deals. This position can turn into a Full-Time employment opportunity with benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full franchise development process: lead generation to signed agreements
- Present the Prospect Equities® franchise opportunity to qualified candidates
- Maintain and track your sales pipeline through our ATS and CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new franchisee onboarding
- Represent the brand through virtual meetings, webinars, and real estate industry events
- When applicable, offer non-franchise prospects the chance to join us as agents
Qualifications
- 5+ years in franchise development, business development, or real estate recruiting
- Familiarity with real estate brokerage operations and licensing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a pipeline and work independently
- Experience with CRM and ATS systems
- Experience in a real estate environment is preferred
- Understanding franchise agreements
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely follow-through
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Compensation
- Negotiable based on experience (OTE $120,000 year one)
- Bonus plan based on signed franchise agreements and recruitment

- No cap on performance-based earnings
